Successful Virtual General Assembly 2021

Last Tuesday afternoon, the 2021 General Assembly took place in a hybrid format.

The event, which was attended by the Board of Directors, was broadcast from the Hotel Walhalla in St. Gallen. Participants were able to vote virtually on Zoom and ask questions as needed.

All statutory votes, including the annual report, financial statement, budget and discharge of the Board were approved. The only election item on the agenda was the re-election of our auditors Norbert Bachstein and Björn Abel. We would like to thank them for their willingness to continue as auditors in the coming year. The members agree and confirmed both of them without any dissenting votes.

Finally, Vice-President Andreas Wittmer thanked many members who are celebrating either their fifth or already their tenth anniversary in the Swiss Aerospace Cluster.

The 10th anniversary celebration of the Swiss Aerospace Cluster will be held at the 2nd Symposium Air Mobility (SAM) on 20 September 2021 in Lucerne.
