QUALITY CONTROL NDT S.A. is a Swiss company founded in 1982 to promote quality and security.
Independent of constructors, QUALITY CONTROL NDT S.A. makes its decision according to its technical knowledge only, without any external influence.
QUALITY CONTROL NDT S.A. is located in Forel (Lavaux) a few kilometres away from the Swiss Shore of Lake of Geneva.
With our staff of ten people, including five engineers in materials science and mechanics we are able, if necessary to reach any operation site, either by car, by train or by air.
The experienced employees of QUALITY CONTROL NDT S.A. are used to work within high technology fields such as aeronautics, aerospace, composite materials, petroleum industry, heavy mechanical industry and civil engineering.
To ensure that the parts are free from material defects is QUALITY CONTROL NDT S.A. using following non-destructive inspection methods:

• Liquide Penetrant
• Ultrasonic
• Magnetic part inspection
• Radiographic, X-Ray and gamma inspection
• Eddy current

We have at least one Level 3 (ASNT, EN473, NAS 410, EN4179) inspector for each method.
We providing also Level 3 services and providing assistance for the preparation for NADCAP certification.
Our team is fluent in French, English and German.

For aircraft approved for commercial passenger transport regularly audited by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation.
Center for Training and Examination for Non-Destructive Testing
Quality Control is also approved by the national body for the training and qualification of personnel applying the non-destructive methods according to the reference standards NAS 410 / EN4179.

We are finalizing an extension of our laboratory by installing a 6 m long ultrasound scanner with the capability to control 6 x 5 m pieces.

To Ultrasonic inspect large 6 x 5 meter panels by have made the acquisition of an Ultrasonic Scanner.
