ECOPARTS is a 3D printing and additive manufacturing (AM) pioneer of the first hour. With more than 15 years of experience (founded in 2006) in the additive production of metal parts, ECOPARTS as the service provider of the Swiss industry provides the basis for new and innovative products.

Layer for layer (> 20 mu) arise components from metallic powder materials (eg DIN No. 1.2709, 1.4404, 1.4542, Titanium, Invar, Aluminum …). The material properties of additively manufactured components correspond to the physical and chemical properties of conventionally produced materials. This results in «real parts». The parts are used for prototypes, individual parts, small and medium series or spare parts.

Additive manufacturing allows new solutions for products. For example, components with complex geometries for lightweight construction or applications with cavities and bionic structures can be developed and manufactured. The additively manufactured components can be machined mechanically like «normal» components.
